Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-27 · Pilot version

1. What this is

OwlHub is a squad-based engineering training platform run as a small private pilot. By creating an account, applying, or otherwise using the service at owlhub.dev, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

The pilot is invite-only. Public signup is closed. Accounts are created manually for accepted applicants. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. What we ask of you

  • Use the service in good faith for learning
  • Don't submit code you didn't write or pay an external party to write for you. AI tools you understand and engage with are fine; outsourcing the work isn't
  • Don't harass, dox, or belittle squadmates
  • Don't attempt to compromise the platform — that includes brute-forcing invite codes, scraping content, or attacking other students' submissions

4. Code reviews

Code review feedback is generated by AI models with deterministic scoring. Reviews are best-effort, not infallible. If a review feels wrong, raise it — we'll re-review manually.

5. Your code

Code you submit stays yours. We need access to it to run reviews (we clone your repo with read-only OAuth scopes) and we may store excerpts and analysis output for the duration of the pilot. We don't republish your code or use it to train models.

6. Removal

We can remove an account for any of the above violations or for squad-level toxicity, at our discretion. You can leave at any time by emailing support — we'll delete your data within 7 days.

7. No warranty

OwlHub is provided as-is during the pilot. The platform may have outages, bugs, and rough edges — that's the nature of a small private pilot. We'll fix what we can.

8. Contact

Email support@owlhub.dev for anything — questions, complaints, deletion requests.
